Aleicha Jefferson Named Outstanding Accounting Major

INDIANAPOLIS - Dolton, Ill. native Aleicha Jefferson of Valparaiso University has been honored with the Indiana CPA Society's Outstanding Accounting Major Award.

Given annually, the Outstanding Accounting Major Award recognizes outstanding accounting students for outstanding leadership and academic achievements. Students are evaluated based upon his/her grade point average, proficiency in English, math and speech, willingness to accept responsibility, moral character, and extra-curricular activities specifically those requiring a demonstration of leadership skills.
