INCPAS Announces Board of Directors for 2008-09

INDIANAPOLIS – Mark R. Lanning, CPA, of the Batesville-area is the new chair of the board for the Indiana CPA Society, while J. Douglas Roth, CPA, of Fort Wayne has moved into the role of chair-elect. In addition, Joseph A. Scheidler, CPA and Catharine P. Stewart, CPA, return to the board’s executive committee for another year of service.

INCPAS also named four new directors, Doug Dell, CPA, Lisa Fleck, CPA, Charles Johnson, CPA, Kevin Kruggel, CPA, and public member, Tony Maidenberg, to its board of directors for the 2008-09 operating year.

In addition, John P. Kane, CPA, has moved from a director position to vice chair on the executive committee.  The remaining six directors, Julia Ritter Barber, CPA, Richard S. Dennen, CPA, Michelle A. Kerr, CPA, William N. Kulsrud, CPA, M. Darren Root, CPA and Robert E. Swartz, CPA, and public member, former state senator Steven R. Johnson, return to the board for another year of service.
