Cinde is a mother of two, wife, friend, sister, daughter and a CPA. She could go on and on. What’s the point? She wears a lot of hats and it's challenging, but her employer understands her needs and helps her to better balance her career and personal life.

With a bachelor's from Ball State University and a master's from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Cinde currently serves as the associate benefits consultant and global compensation and benefits for Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis. She is an active member of the Indiana CPA Society and serves the leadership cabinet.

In her community, she has volunteered with Geist Christian Church, Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement. She thinks work/life balance and family issues are something everyone needs to understand.
