Desma Belsaas is fascinated with people. When she goes to work each day, she works with members from four generations. Although she is relatively new to the professional world, no one would argue she's not accomplished. Over the past four years, she has become an active professional dedicated to bettering her profession.

A graduate of the Lacy Leadership Association Leadership Education and Development program, Desma went on to earn the LEED AP® credential — leadership in energy and environmental design for new construction and technical review. She is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) sitting on the board and serving as the current public relations chair.

In her community she is a board member, public events chair and sits on the marketing committee for the Young Audiences of Indiana. She is a board member for IndyHub, acts as a mentor for the Starfish Initiative and gives what's left of her time to her alma mater Ball Sate University's CAP Alumni Awards Committee. And, if she could tell you one thing, she'd tell you why, as a young, yet accomplished woman, she thinks you should know more about generational diversity.
