Legislative Advocacy Alert


INCPAS 2008 Legislation Wrap-Up

INCPAS found a last-minute home for amendments to the IDR's mandatory e-filing rule in HB 1125. These amendments allow for taxpayers to opt-out of e-filing and delay noncompliance penalties until Dec. 31, 2010.

SB 302 passed and will change the composition of the Indiana Board of Accountancy. The PA member will be replaced by a CPA.
