FTC Further Delays Deadline for "Red Flags" Rule
Congress acknowledges concerns for the scope of the identity theft "Red Flags Rule" and requests a delay for enforcement through Dec. 31, 2010. The rule would impose unnecessary requirements on CPAs if left unadjusted.

Important Reminder: Holders Need to Remit Unclaimed Property
