If you have out-of-pocket, CPA Exam-related costs of at least $1,000, this scholarship awards up to $2,000 to cover those fees and could be the financial boost you've been looking for.
This scholarship is specifically designed to assist candidates with demonstrated financial need, and is presented by the Indiana CPA Educational Foundation, in collaboration with ALPFA Indianapolis and the Greater Indianapolis Chapter of NABA Inc.
Scholarship Requirements
To be eligible for the CPA Exam Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Intend to earn CPA license in Indiana within the next year
- Not have completed all four parts of the Exam but may apply with a portion of the Exam completed
- Demonstrate financial need
- Have out-of-pocket Exam costs of at least $1,000
Applying for the CPA Exam Scholarship is Simple
- Gather Your Materials: It’s helpful to have everything you need for the application before you sit down to complete it. You’ll be asked about educational experiences (having a transcript handy would be helpful) and
upload a current resume.
- Prepare Your Essay Responses: You’ll also be asked to answer three short essay questions. This is your chance to:
- Share your outline and explain your plans and timetable for getting approved, preparing for and taking the CPA Exam.
- Explain why obtaining the CPA license is important to you.
- Describe your financial need and/or any special circumstances related to why you need this scholarship.
