FlexPass Terms and Conditions

• FlexPass is an exclusive benefit for INCPAS members only. 
• FlexPass applies to all INCPAS in-person and virtual live seminars and conferences, INCPAS On-Demand individual courses, webinars and CPA Excellence online interactive Ethics courses offered from February 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025.
• FlexPass must be purchased by December 31, 2024. Hours must be used by January 31, 2025. 
• FlexPass expires January 31, 2025. Refunds will not be issued for those hours not used by January 31, 2025.
• Registration for INCPAS in-person and virtual live seminars and conferences, INCPAS On-Demand individual courses, webinars and CPA Excellence online interactive Ethics courses can be made any time after the FlexPass has been purchased.
• You may register for INCPAS in-person and virtual live seminars and conferences, INCPAS On-Demand individual courses, webinars and CPA Excellence online interactive Ethics courses online, by phone, or mail.
• The FlexPass discount is owned by the purchaser. If a company or organization pays for an individual on behalf of a staff member who subsequently leaves the company, the remaining hours may be transferred to one member of the firm without penalty.
• All sales are final; the entire fee is nonrefundable.
• May not be combined with other discounts.
• All CPE attendees must attend the course in order to receive CPE credit.
• FlexPass excludes any free CPE opportunities and INCPAS On-Demand self-study unlimited subscription.
