Meeting Client BOI Deadlines and Managing Continuous FinCEN Filings

    Charles Wismer, FincenFetch

While a federal judge in Texas issued a ruling that temporarily suspends enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act nationally, it is important to note that this is not a repeal but a temporary stay of enforcement. The Corporate Transparency Act's purpose as a national defense tool and its resilience in previous legal challenges suggest that a repeal is unlikely. Other cases, such as Firestone in Oregon (September) and the CAI case in Virginia (October), failed to lead to injunctions. Our upcoming webinar will cover the impact of the CTA on your company's bottom line. We’ll walk through how to incorporate FinCEN filings into your business and the filing processes—both manually and using software solutions. We break down the steps of filing FinCEN BOI reports and how to stay current on the regulatory state of affairs.

    • Addressing past and current cases regarding the CTA
    • How to quickly, efficiently and securely file mandatory reports
    • Working with your CPA to file these reports
    • Q&A on liability issues, cost to file, penalties for late and inaccurate reporting (and ongoing reporting)
